Also the bearing is made of plastic and it doesnt spin quite as long. About 10 minutes after playing with this i gave it back to the store and bought a renegade and the gade was a dream, now i cant even stand em :) reviewed by Ignitus I picked up my Typhoon for about 7 bucks at a gag store. Out of the box it was okay, I could pull of little things like Kamikaze and Spirit Bomb, and the shape was nice. It's somewhat smooth, but would be smoother with a steel bearning as opposed to the plastic one. It has an adjustable gap which I found useful, and sleeps for a moderate to short time. When modded, the yo-yo is great! All I did was add .125 solder for weight rings. Now the sleep times are moderate to long, and it's a bit smoother. I can pull of tricks like Shaolin Monk and Black Lotus on it with ease now, and I think this yo-yo is definately worth the small amount of money you pay for it. |
